Творческий подход к финансированию покупки дома, в соответствии с которым потенциальный покупатель минует банк и занимает деньги непосредственно у лица, продающего дом. Владельцы часто приходят к выводу, что этот тип финансирования является единственным путем продажи их домов, поскольку слишком много потенциальных покупателей не отвечают требованиям для получения ссуд в банке. Покупатель, например, мог бы заимствовать половину необходимой суммы денег у собственника под ставку 8%, а остальную часть - в банке под 14%.
